Is the platform live yet?
We're in the architecture phase, building toward an MVP launch. Early-access subscribers will be invited as soon as the foundation is ready and will lock in a discounted Professional rate.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can switch any time from your account billing page. Annual billing is roughly two months free vs paying monthly.
What payment methods do you accept?
Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and SEPA Direct Debit on annual Enterprise contracts.
Do you offer education or non-profit discounts?
Yes — universities and accredited training centers get reduced Enterprise pricing. Contact us with your accreditation details.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
What about refunds?
Monthly plans are not refundable. Annual plans are refundable within 14 days of purchase, prorated for usage.
Do you offer a free trial of Professional?
Yes — a 14-day trial of Professional is included for every new account, no credit card required.
How does the Enterprise quote work?
Pricing scales with the number of seats and any custom requirements (SSO, content hosting region, on-prem connectivity). Tell us about your team and we'll send a proposal within two business days.
